The full text

Who provides the services

The website and the customer portal are provided by [TO CONFIRM: registered company name], [TO CONFIRM: registered address] (Exona, we). The legal notice gives the registration details.

The website

The exona.bio website describes Exona's products and services. It offers no self-serve sign-up or purchase, and nothing on it is a binding offer.

Accounts and the portal

Access starts with a contact through the contact page and an agreement or order between your organization and Exona, which sets the seats and conditions. Exona staff then create your organization and invite its first administrator.

Accounts exist only for members of an organization that has an agreement with Exona; the organization's administrators manage its members. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website or the portal, reach data that is not yours, or use them against the law.

Intellectual property

The website, the portal, the Exona software and the Exona name and logo belong to Exona or its licensors. The data your organization provides remains yours.

Data protection

We process personal data as the privacy policy describes. For customer organizations, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Liability

[TO CONFIRM by counsel: limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers.]

Governing law

[TO CONFIRM: governing law and competent courts.]

Changes

We may update these terms and publish each version on this page with its date.
