Essential cookies
exona_access holds your signed-in session and exona_refresh renews it, so you stay signed in. Our server sets both only when you sign in to the customer portal or the back office. Scripts on the page cannot read them (httpOnly), and they last up to 30 days.
Public pages
Browsing the public pages of exona.bio sets no cookies.
Analytics
Website analytics is off by default. If we turn it on, we use a cookieless service ([TO CONFIRM: Plausible or Umami], hosted in the EU) that counts visits without cookies and without storing personal data. The privacy policy lists it.
Third-party cookies
We use no advertising, social media or other third-party cookies.
Managing cookies
You can delete the cookies in your browser settings or by signing out. Blocking them prevents signing in, but the public pages keep working.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not essential, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
